<p>What is a truecrypt device? <a href="http://www.truecrypt.org/" target="_blank">TrueCrypt</a> is a program that creates encrypted files. I essentially create one huge encrypted file for my thumbdrive. That way if I lose it, or someone snags it, I have no stress of sensitive information (READ: emails/etc) being compromised.</p>
<p>Here are the downloads : <a href="/wp-content/blogs.dir/7/files/truecrypt-mount.exe" title="TrueCrypt Mount">TrueCrypt Mount</a> | <a href="/wp-content/blogs.dir/7/files/truecrypt-dismount.exe" title="TrueCrypt Dismount">TrueCrypt Dismount</a></p>
<p>One thing of significance is that it mounts to Z: and it calls Z:\PStart.EXE. I use <a href="http://www.pegtop.net/start/" target="_blank">Pstart </a>as the menu for the <a href="http://portableapps.com/apps" target="_blank">portable apps</a> I have installed. Soon I will compile a complete List</p>
