HTC Advantage, A day in the life

I really really want one of these. It is top on my list of things to buy for myself. It is the HTC Advantage 7501. It is the worlds greatest windows mobile device.

Steve over at Mobility site put together a nice little piece where he used the Advantage instead of his notebook. It is a good read and just makes me want one more.

Returning Television Shows

I am an avid TV watcher. I am a huge TiVo Fan as well. What a disappointment this season has been because of the writers strike. Luckily my TiVo has blessed me with many fabulous recommendations.

Today I stumbled upon a post at TVSquad highlighting what I can look forward to.

Some personal highlights are:

April 4th

Numb3rs (CBS) — Six episodes to air.

April 10th

The Office (NBC) — Seven episodes to air.

April 13th

Desperate Housewives (ABC) — Seven episodes to air. (Melisa and I have enjoyed this show together)

April 23rd

Mythbusters (Discovery) (anxiously waiting for the anti-moon-landing hoax myth busting)

Law & Order (NBC)

May 22nd

Last Comic Standing (NBC) — Season premiere

Not returning until next season

24 (FOX) — Premiering in January 2009 (This one makes me the most furious.)

Chuck (NBC)

Not returning at all

Carpoolers (ABC) (Apparntly i am the only one that liked this show)

Heartfelt Thoughts about Melisa

Today I am at work missing my wife. I found this picture and thought I should post it. It reminds me of one of the funnest, happiest and most memorable times of my life, our Anniversary trip to Disneyland.

I tried to come up with some cute caption about Melisa, dopey, and some sort of Disney character. But I got nothing. Not today, sorry folks.

Reasons why Melisa is the greatest woman in the world:
1- No matter how bad my day is, when I see Melisa’s face, it cheers me up.
2- Melisa is such a fantastic mother to Annie, McEwan and Sophie.
3- Melisa takes care of me when my days are unbelievable stressful.
4- Even when Melisa is having a bad day, she still has a smile on her face.
5- Melisa makes sure that I get to have lunch every day, even on the weekends. Dinner and breakfast too.
6- Melisa puts up with my crap. And isn’t there a lot since I have brown hair?
7- Melisa keeps our house looking fantastic.
8- Melisa keeps our children looking fantastic.
9- Melisa is the most selfless person I have met. She always thinks of others first. Then takes care of herself.
10- Melisa is a great example of honor. She makes an extra effort to be honest and upfront in all things.
11- Melisa got me converted to Country Music. Country Music now takes up about half of my iPod.
12- Melisa always wants to do fun things. She is very spontaneous and enjoys some excitement.

I have more. A lot more. But there is not enough hard drive space in the world to hold all of the kind words in my heart. (how is that for nerd flattery).

Melisa, You are such an important part in my life. Thank you for all you do for me and for our family. You really are the glue that holds us together. I have said it again, without you we would all be running around hungry and naked.

I love you more than anything in the entire world. Please don’t stop being you. You are such a fantastic wife and mother. It makes me so happy to be your husband.

I can’t wait to see you tonight for a BIG HUG and KISS.
